Our Practice Policy:
- Development: On the development side, we work with our clients to identify the problems that might require legal representation, and to assist in the development and execution of legal contracts. The intimacy of our involvement varies from client to client depending upon their need.
- Protection: With respect to protection, our first contribution is in deciding on the best mode of protecting client's interests. Each type of protection demands its own supporting philosophy and politics, and we help our clients develop the necessary support. We negotiate and draft agreements in all the areas of our fields of practice.
- Enforcement: There are 2 aspects to enforcement: negotiation and litigation. On the negotiation side, enforcement is voluntarily negotiated. In this respect, we work with clients to respond to the enforcement initiatives of others, as well as to counsel and carry forward a client's own initiative. Litigation is the ultimate negotiating tactic, a key part of our practice on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants.
- Management: Finally, as a unifying aspect of the practice, we work with clients to assist on their property management - integrating considerations on development, protection and enforcement.
